MEET THE TEAM

Theodore Swett, Chief Executive Officer, brings with him over 20 years of experience in various industries including nonprofits, corporations, and schools. An educator by trade, his passion is teaching nonprofits and small businesses how to develop sustainable and equitable solutions to problems related to marketing, strategy, talent, programming, training, internal conflict, and management. Possessing masters degrees in Homeland Security Administration, Exercise Science,  Conflict Resolution, and Comparative Literature, he is an expert in mediation and negotiation, public policy and grant management, program development and execution, instructional design and training, strategic planning, and team leadership and coordination. 

Shownda J. Pagan, Chief Operations Officer, is an organizational leader who has worked in the corporate, nonprofit and church industry. She is passionate about helping others succeed and not endure the same resistance and barriers she faced. Shownda has successfully led community socio-economic programs, out-of-school programs, days of service initiatives and written and awarded grant funding. Shownda is known for helping organizations with program development, implementation, and enhancement of the organization’s strategic goals. She is an expert in infrastructure, strategic planning, clarification of objectives, coordination and training of program and operation teams and staffs.

Aaliyah Fisher, Vice President of Communications, is a multimedia journalist and communications strategist with experience in digital content, nonprofit storytelling, and community engagement. With degrees in Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School and Florida Atlantic University, she brings expertise in photography, social media, and audio production. Aaliyah currently leads communications at the Belafonte TACOLCY Center and ANSANBL Global, where she develops campaigns, manages content, and captures stories that connect and inspire. She can support clients in all their communications needs including PR, social media, marketing, and more.
